At Sweet Pea Floral Studio, we design and deliver our own stunning flower arrangements in Helston and surrounding areas, 6 days a week.
If we make a delivery and the recipient is not at home we will make every effort to leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe place ie: shed, garage or covered porch and leave a calling card through the door. Ifthere is no where suitable to leave the flowers then they will be returned to our shop instructing the recipient to contact us to arrange collection. If re delivery is required we will advise you of the cost as many delivery areas are quite a distance from our studio.
If we have to leave the flowers at an address and it turns out the recipient has gone away or we have been given incorrect address details it is considered the customers responsibility and Sweet Pea Floral Studio cannot be held responsible for incorrect deliveries in such circumstances. We will not be liable to replace the flowers or issue a refund to the customer.
If the delivery address is incorrect and we cannot get hold of either our customer or recipient and we have to return the flowers to the studio another delivery charge will be charged to redeliver the flowers.
Please inform us of any special delivery instructions and PLEASE SUPPLY A CONTACT NUMBER for the recipient, please note due to the wide delivery area we cover we cannot specify a delivery time, we do however do our utmost to get your delivery to the recipient as soon as we can. By placing your order with us you agree to our delivery terms as stated above.
Depending on how busy we are deliveries may be made in our own van or by our our drivers using their own vehicles, our drivers will always carry identification so you can be assurred they represent our company.
